Where this started.
New Heritage Group exists to make real estate investing accessible, transparent, and rooted in the communities we serve. We started as a small operation buying and renovating homes in Springfield, Missouri, and we have grown into a full-service real estate investment platform without changing how we measure a good decision: whether it leaves the borrower, the property, and the neighborhood better than we found them.
Through our lending arm, New Heritage Capital, we provide fast, flexible hard money loans to real estate investors across Southwest Missouri.
